About Ellie Jax
Hi. I’m Ellie Jax. From my converted garage/office/art studio, ManyCharms was born. I design bracelets and other surprises using natural gemstone beads, crystals, vintage treasures and eclectic finds.
I was raised with an appreciation of art. My fascination with color and design started young. I give credit to my mom for instilling in me a love for art. Together we spent weekends wandering around museums, gem shows, craft fairs, film premiers, musicals, cultural festivals and countless other inspiring outings.
My style is scattered. I am charmed by many things, nature, fossils, films, fashion and my enthusiastic imagination, inspire me. I try to focus on one style, but I cannot. Satisfaction comes from listening to my inner voice and having the confidence to embrace what follows.
When on the hunt for something special, first the color catches my eye, and then I examine its material, weight and texture. I absolutely love a rare find, holding a new treasure and getting that spark of creativity that keeps you up all night. Bringing new life to a forgotten vintage piece is a special treat for me.
